When applying for Social Security Disability, SSI or SSDI, you or a loved one may be in need of other resources. The Disability Help Center works with many organizations throughout the County of Arizona. We have partnered together to assist you with your needs as you navigate through the process.


  
Mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS, providing programs and services to help people with MS and their families move their lives forward throughout Arizona.

  


NAMI Arizona is a family of those affected by mental illness dedicated to education, support and advocacy.


  

Serves as the administrative center for ministries which provide outreach to thousands of families affected by disability around the globe. Provides assistance and information to individual and friends affected by disability.






Dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with spinal cord injuries. We also offer support and education to family members, professionals, and community members.


Arizona Bridge to Independent Living


Advocates personal responsibility by, and for, people with disabilities as a means to independence. Offers multiple comprehensive programs to touch the lives of individuals with disabilities and to address the disability concerns of their family members, coworkers and employers.

              

Provides residents with nutritious foods, nutrition education, and referrals. WIC serves pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, and infants and children under age five who meet WIC eligibility guidelines.


 


Offers a wide range of safe, confidential and compassionate treatments for adults and adolescents who need help with psychiatric and addiction issues.
